QC Inspection Assistant

Location: Based at our warehouse in South Elmsall, Pontefract.

Job Description

We are looking for committed and keen people to join our Quality Team and be part of one of the UK’s leading retail brands.

Shift:

• Week 1:
  Wednesday - Saturday 10:00-22:00
• Week 2:
  Thursday - Saturday 10:00-22:00

Rate of pay: £13.10

About the role:

• Responsible for accurately working on a variety of documentation and systems, ensuring a timely and smooth flow of goods through the department and back into stock.
• Call work to our QC room and induct stock back into the high bay that has passed through the PQC Department.
• May be required to lift boxes that weigh up to 15kg.
• Work with a variety of stock which could be boxed or hanging items.
• Support Rework when needed—revise and correct tasks or products that were not completed correctly the first time.

About you:

• Have experience within a similar role.
• High level of attention to detail in all functions of the role.
• Ability to work accurately at speed and under pressure.
• Be able to lift boxes up to 15kg.
