A leading Powered Access Hire company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join their office-based sales team. Specialising in powered access machinery, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company where you'll be at the forefront of generating new business.

• Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
• Develop new business relationships within the Powered Access Hire sector
• Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups, proposals, and quotes
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets

• Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Powered Access or hire industry
• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
• Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
• Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
