A leading Powered Access Hire company is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join their office‑based sales team. Specialising in powered access machinery, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company where you’ll be at the forefront of generating new business.

As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, developing new business relationships, assisting with marketing efforts, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
• Develop new business relationships within the Powered Access Hire sector
• Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
• Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team for follow‑ups, proposals, and quotes
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets

• Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Powered Access or hire industry
• Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
• Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
• Self‑motivated, organised, and detail‑oriented
• Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
• A positive, professional attitude with a results‑driven mindset
