Our client is 15 years old and lives with cerebral palsy and requires feeding via JEG
Our client requires support with personal care, medication and activities in the home and community
Successful Applicant:

Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license
Previous experience working with children with complex conditions
Must be active to support the client with activities
