Location: Pontiac, IL – Onsite

Education & Experience

Required:

• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Team player and detail oriented.
• Ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering fields, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Typical task breakdown:

• 30% office on PCN, testing report, prototype design, manufacturing process analysis.
• 70% shop floor and Lab on operation manufacturing process troubleshooting and prototype validation.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

• Daily engineering drawings maintenance
• Prototype drawing creation and 3D printing
• Manufacturing process improvement/validation
• Daily support quality and operation teams

Interaction with team:

• Support daily operation on manufacturing process improvement/validation.
• Work with quality/production engineer team to validate new process, PCN, etc.

Compensation: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
