Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician

• Perform expert‑level break‑fix and preventative maintenance across industrial equipment.
• Identify and source parts and repair items; evaluate alternatives for cost and reliability.
• Maintain equipment independently per industry standards and 5S housekeeping.
• Work with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventive maintenance procedures.
• Set up and operate machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder, metalworking tools) and perform welding tasks.
• Lead CI activities using CI tools and methodology to achieve cost savings.
• Provide assistance to lower‑level technicians and leadership on project teams; perform training and development.
• Analyze complex control systems and resolve software/hardware/configuration problems.
• Utilize predictive maintenance technologies, collect equipment performance data, observe trends, and make recommendations.
• Update records and review CMMS history and analyze data.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training and technical self‑study programs for career development.

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associate degree with a technical focus and 5 years of related experience in the industry; or 7 years of industry experience.
• Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance of process equipment.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems; ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and specialized tools.
• Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations, precision alignments, and maintenance of process equipment.
• May be required to travel.

Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle, reach; climb, ascend/descend; kneel, crouch, crawl in confined spaces; talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit and lift more than 50 pounds. Work performed in a factory environment, usually loud, exposed to hazardous materials and greasy/slippery floors.
