Process Operator / CNC Operator - (Various Shifts) (P)
Join our dynamic team as a Process Operator / CNC Machinist, where you will set up and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment using CNC controls for multiple operations. You will work with advanced machinery such as Horizontal Boring Machines, Laser Drillers, and 5‑axis milling machines, and engage in bonding, heat treatment, and manual machining. Your role will be crucial to ensuring precision and quality in every operation, making a significant impact on our production processes.

A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Process Operator / CNC Machinist you will lift and move materials, interpret detailed drawings and specifications, and utilize material handling devices including Jib & B/C cranes and forklifts to load and unload parts from machines.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Embrace a strong Safety & Quality Culture to ensure a safe working environment.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
- Interpret detailed drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications.
- Utilize material handling devices, including Jib & B/C cranes and forklifts.
- Follow Siemens established procedures to operate machinery and equipment effectively.
- Education:
High School diploma or GED. - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in CNC operations with expertise in machining, laser applications, and coating machines preferred. - Required
Certifications:
Fork truck/crane license (active or ability to obtain immediately) and Career Readiness / Work Keys Certificate – Silver Status. - Skills:
Proficient in CNC operation, loading/unloading work pieces, QA protocols, metrology, and drawing interpretation; strong shop math skills. - Ability to wear a respirator and pass a Process Operator Competency Test.
- Successful applicants must pass standard hearing, vision, and pulmonary function tests as required.
- Legal authorization for employment in the United States without need for employer‑sponsored work authorization.
