• Starting Pay: $17.00 – $22.00

As a Shift Manager, you will successfully operate the restaurant and achieve the restaurant's goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, hitting sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is completed.

• Prior management experience is required. If you have no prior experience, you may start as a crew person and be trained for management.
• Experience with restaurant operations and a commitment to teamwork.
