. Join our team to help customers discover world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit by stocking, organizing, and promoting products on shelves.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Positive, professional attitude, self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Can download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally more).
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Bloomington, IL, and nearby secondary locations (Normal, Pontiac, Watseka).
• Schedule availability:
  Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday;
  Start time 07:00 AM – 08:00 AM.

Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on relevant experience.
