The eBay Live Auction Host / E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for hosting and managing live online auctions through eBay Live. This position will engage with customers in real time, showcase products, answer questions, conduct auctions, and help drive sales through an energetic and professional online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of a camera, engaging with an online audience, thinking quickly, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. This position requires flexibility and availability during evenings and weekends, when live auctions are frequently scheduled.

• Host and conduct live eBay Live auctions in an engaging, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Present, describe, and demonstrate products to online customers.
• Clearly communicate product details, condition, features, and pricing.
• Answer customer questions and interact with viewers during live auctions.
• Conduct auctions according to company procedures and eBay guidelines.
• Encourage customer participation and create an entertaining shopping experience.
• Monitor auction activity, bids, sales, and customer interactions.
• Prepare merchandise and auction inventory prior to live events.
• Ensure products are accurately identified, photographed, described, and organized.
• Assist with listing and maintaining eBay inventory as needed.
• Package, label, and prepare sold merchandise for shipment when required.
• Maintain accurate records of auction results and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Follow all company policies, eBay requirements, and applicable procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Assist with other E-Commerce and warehouse duties as assigned.

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED required. Vocational or Some College preferred.
• Minimum 1year experience preferred.

• Previous experience with eBay, online selling, live streaming, social media, retail sales, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable speaking clearly and confidently in front of a camera and live audience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, personable, and able to keep an audience engaged.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while managing a live auction.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn e-commerce platforms and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable and willing to work evenings, weekends, and 40+ hours per week.

• Must be able to pass a background screening and drug testing.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods while hosting live auctions.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and handle merchandise.
• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements such as packing, sorting, labeling, and handling merchandise.
• Ability to work in a warehouse/e-commerce environment as needed.
• Maintain a professional and positive presence during live auctions.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Meet established sales and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory and auction records.
