Our mission is to provide for the health and wellness needs of the underserved of Oakland County through the provision of comprehensive, integrated primary, behavioral health, and dental care. Position Description

The full-time, non-exempt Dental Clinical Receptionist reports to the Dental Services Administrator. The Dental Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the high-performing dental care team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality dental care to all.

What

are we looking for?
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 6+ months of experience in customer service or clinical receptionist is required.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing
    • Electronic health records (Next Gen preferred)
    • Microsoft office
  • A compassionate and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create an excellent patient experience
  • Patient focused mindset
  • Must be willing to work between other locations when needed
