KMG Prestige is seeking a Building Monitor to join our team in Pontiac, MI at Carriage Place Apartments. The role emphasizes dependable, detail-oriented service to create happy residents through superior customer service and property care.

• Clean all residential areas; resident shared kitchens, elevators, laundry facility, resident shared laundry, stairways, restrooms, and the exterior according to company standards.
• Report on the condition of rooms and monitor housing rules; ensure accurate reporting with attention to detail.
• Remove trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Stock and organize the office.
