First Office

LOCATION:On-site in Pontiac, MI

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

No office experience is required. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow every step of the way.

• Provide professional phone service to clients and internal teams

• Enter, review and organize loan information and documents within our systems

Must Have

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Comfortable using technology and learning new software

• Strong communication

• Attention to detail

• Positive, learning-focused attitude

Nice to Have

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment such as retail, hospitality, food service, delivery services or warehouse operations

• Previous experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel or Word
