Radiology Technologist

Overview

Radiologic Technologist position – Night shift. Full-time employment. Various shift options available (12, 8, or 10 hour shifts; nights and weekends as noted).

• Perform radiologic procedures at a technical level not requiring supervision of technical detail. Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis with integrity and initiative.
• Perform routine radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures on patients of all ages (including pediatrics) and position patients to demonstrate anatomy under investigation.
• Perform and/or assist with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

• Completion of an AMA-approved radiologic technology program.
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Excellent customer service orientation to work effectively with hospital personnel, outside customers, and community groups.
• Previous one year experience as a Rad Tech or Radiologic Technologist (preferred).
