Position: Platform Engineer I

UWMis hiring a Platform Engineer I for a 100% on‑site position in Pontiac, MI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and code electronic processes, computer data systems and application features to drive automation and eliminate inefficient manual processes and optimize internal IT tools in a .NET environment. Develop and propose new software deployment procedures to transition IT department to shift left via self‑service and automated quality; analysis and design of computer applications working with 3.5/4.0 .NET Microsoft software framework, including C#.NET.

Evaluate system specifications for requirements and identify, plan, develop, design, implement and test a variety of efficient and cost‑effective software and package solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 12 months relevant experience.
