As the Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues employees encounter. This position provides hands‑on support for hardware, software and networking issues; manages help‑desk requests, installs and maintains computer systems; and assists users across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, software and network systems
- Log, track and document incidents and resolutions in the JAC Products Help Desk
- Perform system maintenance and patching
- Provide on‑site or remote technical support to users as needed
- Triage server, network and computer related incidents
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, customer‑focused approach
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or similar experience
- Minimum 3 years working with computers, networks and applications
- Two years of help‑desk or customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of enterprise data center concepts (Windows, networking, server administration)
