Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate IT projects in a hybrid work environment based in Pontiac, Michigan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams,developing and maintaining schedules and budgets, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established objectives,timelines, and requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management,organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies is required.

Experience supporting cybersecurity projects is a plus.

• Leadand oversee one or more projects throughout the project lifecycle,ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Establish project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate team activities tosupport successful project execution.
• Develop,maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Identify project resource requirements and collaborate with management to securethe resources necessary to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress, team workloads, and performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Serveas a liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and the businessor functional areas requesting project services.
• Facilitate communication, collaboration, and status reporting to maintain transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies and established project management practices tosupport effective planning, execution, and delivery.
• Utilize project management and collaboration tools to track milestones, manage documentation, and communicate project updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and requirements.

• Minimumof five years of project management experience, preferably within an IT environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables,and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
