Litigation Attorney Auto and Truck Injury Cases

Job Description

We are a plaintiff law firm based in Oakland County, Michigan, seeking an aggressive and experienced litigation attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in handling auto and truck injury cases and should be passionate about representing clients in personal injury cases.

• Manage a caseload of auto and truck injury cases from inception to trial
• Conduct all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions and appear in court on behalf of clients
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance adjusters
• Work closely with other attorneys and staff members to ensure excellent client service

• 5 to 15 years experience handling auto and truck injury cases
• Stong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
