** Cleaning Supervisor Facilities Coordinator**## ##

Job Summary Supervise 3rd shift union workforce managing sanitation and housekeeping operations. Ensure high-level service delivery through team management, compliance oversight, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting budget tracking and client satisfaction. Reports to Housekeeping Manager.## ##

Key Responsibilities
** Team Leadership & Operations
*** Supervise 3rd shift union workforce in sanitation and housekeeping processes
* Coordinate employee PTO/vacation scheduling and coverage management
* Manage Team Concept Cleaning Program, conference room setups, and employee development
** Compliance & Safety Management
*** Ensure 100% employee safety training compliance and maintain safety standards
* Manage OSHA, state, and local regulatory compliance requirements
* Oversee HAZMAT and environmental compliance initiatives, emergency response cleanup programs
** Business Process & Client Management
*** Support budget tracking, cost-saving initiatives, and KPI performance metrics
* Manage Client Business Process Management Program and customer satisfaction surveys
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives for housekeeping operations
** Building Systems & Communication
*** Coordinate security, building utilities, life/safety systems, and evacuation plans
* Provide superior customer service and collaborate effectively with teams for service delivery
* Communicate professionally with clients, management, and team members## ##

Required Qualifications
** Education & Experience
*** High School diploma or equivalent
* 2+ years experience with housekeeping processes and operations
* Experience supervising union workforce or similar team environments
** Core Competencies
*** Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Superior customer service skills and service orientation
* Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations
* Strong organizational skills and collaborative working style
** Management & Technical Skills
*** Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints with effective scheduling

* Proficient in MS Office Suite for reporting and communication
* Understanding of safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and cleaning processes## ##

Preferred Qualifications
** Education & Certification
*** Associate degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field
* Professional certification in housekeeping management or facilities operations
* Safety certifications (OSHA 10/30, hazmat training)
** Specialized Experience
*** Experience with union workforce management and labor relations
* Knowledge of building systems including security, utilities, and life/safety systems
* Experience with budget management, cost-saving initiatives, and KPI tracking
* Background in environmental compliance and waste management programs
** Leadership & Technical Knowledge
*** Supervisory experience in facilities or housekeeping environments
* Experience with emergency response procedures and cleanup protocols
* Understanding of energy conservation and environmental initiatives
* Experience with client satisfaction surveys and continuous improvement programs## ## Working Conditions3rd shift position in industrial facility environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals, equipment, and varying temperatures.
