Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an experienced tool and die professional for our Pontiac, MI plant. You will read blueprints, set up tooling, and machine dies using lathes, mills, grinders, and other tools, ensuring parts meet specifications.
Qualified candidates have 2+ years of verifiable tool and die experience, be comfortable with Mastercam and Solid Works, and able to work up to 12 hours daily. High school diploma or equivalent is required; journeyman apprenticeship is preferred.
