SHIFTS AVAILABLE
1st Shift: 5:30 am-1:45 pm
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm-10:45 pm
3rd Shift Monday Night - Saturday Morning 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Operate production machinery used in automotive manufacturing
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Perform routine quality inspections on finished products
- Maintain accurate production records
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
