Job Summary
We are looking for a registered nurse to step into the role of Emergency Department Manager, guiding a high‑volume Level II Trauma and Certified Stroke Center through continued growth and excellence.

Shift: Day Shift
- State of Michigan Registered Nursing license required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required;
Master’s degree in Nursing, Business or Health Administration preferred. - Minimum of three years’ leadership experience in a related health‑care setting; five years preferred.
- Accountable for management of patient care during a designated timeframe, including coordination, evaluation of care, teaching, and delegation to the health‑care team.
- Serves as a member of the organization’s nursing leadership team, responsible for day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, staffing, and 24/7 patient care delivery.
- Participates in and supports strategic development and outcomes management of nursing clinical areas.
- Reviews and evaluates operations and services in accordance with business requirements, marketplace trends, and technological needs.
- Provides clinical and administrative leadership, ensuring superior quality patient care in line with ANA Scope of Practice, AONL competencies, and Magnet Standards.
- Collaborates with directors and key stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans, goals, and objectives.
