Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time

Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) at Trinity Health Oakland
, a 304‑bed acute care hospital located in Livonia, MI. The role is onsite within the hospital campus. Part‑time, 12‑hour day shift, requiring collaboration and communication through a computerized or digital platform to support the digital care of patients.

• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patients’ plans of care from admission to discharge.

• Utilize clinical knowledge, critical‑thinking skills, and case‑management principles to coordinate, implement, and support care plans.

• Ensure seamless and efficient transition of care across the continuum.

• Monitor quality metrics specific to the department and maintain complete, accurate documentation in the patient record.

• Graduation from an accredited professional school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Specialty credentialing/educational degree according to clinical specialty area preferred.

• Minimum ten years of health‑condition management experience, including adult condition management.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
