Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a MI license, TNCC certification, and at least 2 years of ED experience.

• Active MI RN license required at time of submission (compact license not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN Emergency Department experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, TNCC, BLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)
• TNCC certification required; ENPC is not an acceptable substitute

• Work in the Emergency Room unit of a Level II verified trauma center
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Required to work every other weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Provide emergency care for a wide range of acute conditions including stroke, cardiac events, trauma, and severe injuries
• Gray scrubs required as part of the dress code
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested
• Local candidates within a 35-mile radius of the facility are considered local travelers
