We’re looking for a Vegetation Control Spray Technician.
Year‑round work is available if you are willing to work the snow season. This is not an entry‑level position. Candidates must have prior experience specifically in landscape & vegetation control pesticide application. Experience with animal or general pest control is not sufficient. Potential year‑round guaranteed work available.
Minimum Requirements
- Active MDARD Pesticide Licenses:
Core & Right‑of‑Way licenses are required. Preferred licenses include 6, 3A, 3B, Tree Care, and optionally Mosquito. - Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Chauffeur’s License or Endorsement (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape pesticide application (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Preferred). If not currently held, candidates must pass a DOT‑compliant medical exam and drug screening after offer, prior to employment, as required by federal law.
Salary:
Starting Pay Range $20–$24 per hour, determined at the time of offer based on verified experience and active certifications/licenses.

- Follow instructions accurately

- Has or can obtain a QAL
- Basic knowledge of plant material
- Able to communicate in English & Spanish—oral and written
