Our agency opened in November 2020 and has grown into a thriving team of 10 talented individuals. My background is in banking and wealth management, and I graduated from Eastern Michigan University. I currently serve as President of Rotary for Pontiac and stay actively involved with our church and Detroit Public Schools, focusing on financial development and education. Our office is business casual and laid-back, with high client traffic and a bilingual environment that reflects the community we serve.
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Samuel Cannonier - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
