Lighthouse MI is hiring three Supportive Housing Case Managers to work with formerly homeless and at-risk individuals at Auburn Place Apartments. These positions will be headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan, and operate on-site to help clients secure longer-term housing and improve self-sufficiency.
Case Managers provide wrap-around services, connect clients to resources, and collaborate with staff to track outcomes using HMIS, all while applying trauma-informed care and Housing First principles.
