• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics.
• Experience using scheduling software related to the transportation industry.
• Defensive Driving certification.

• Oversee transportation services at Easterseals Michigan.
• Direct supervisory oversight of all transportation staff at various ESM sites.
• Responsible for monthly supervision of all transportation staff.
• Monitor all referrals for service ensuring appropriate services are offered per each individual request.
• Assign staff to various sites based on transportation service characteristics across ESM sites.
• Responsible for maintenance checks on ESM vehicles to ensure they are performed.
• Liaise/interact with all programs to ensure transportation services are offered most effectively to engage persons served by ESM.
• Work with eventual software solution for monitoring, scheduling and tracking all service referral requests.
• Ensure effective and efficient use of ride‑sharing services (Lyft) to maximize the best use of the service (e.g., multiple services for a day of transportation request).
• When necessary perform transportation pick‑up and drop‑off service.
