• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teacher skills under the Academic Team.
• Consult students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisers to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain student–parent engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in Class‑by‑Class sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high‑quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill the minimum number of sessions specified (CBC and classroom teaching).
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• At least 1 year of teaching experience in school or courses; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Experience teaching PTS/PAS/Olimpiade/USBN/UTBK/Mandiri preparation.
• Innovative and creative teaching methods, techniques, and blended learning approaches.
• Will be placed in Brain Academy Branch Pontianak (Wahid Hasyim).
