• Promote excellence in the department’s contribution to university’s research & knowledge exchange, learning & teaching, and internationalization strategies
• Ensure that the standard of high-quality teaching, research, community development and other academic activities within the department, aligned with BINUS University Quality Management System, BINUS University Academic Quality Standard, DIKTI’s standard, Accreditation Body Standard, and continuously improved to reach world-class standard
• Ensure effective and efficient use of allocated resources to maximize the department’s contribution to the university’s strategies
• Coordinate with other units, to promote the program in order to build more awareness to the competitiveness of the program, especially to prospective students, graduates, alumni and employers in the related industry
• Develop Faculty Members under the program to reach the highest level in terms of knowledge, formal education degree, academic grade or profession recognition

Requirements:

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Hold an Academic Rank (JJA) from DIKTI.
• Willing to have a home base at SATU University.
• Willing to be located in Pontianak, West Kalimantan.
