Job TitlePipefitter Supervisor

Job Description Mission- Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on piping Scope of Work assigned
- Distribute the equipment to allow the team to perform the assigned activities
- Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements
- Analyse the drawings received from the works supervisor and give instructions to the team in order to execute the works in accordance
- Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supervisor
- Organise all the means, equipment and materials necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actions
- Liaise with the works supervisor in order to optimise the use of equipment and personnel
- Carry out the daily toolbox talkings
- Ensure adherence to the planned time frame
- Ensure that any approved modification made during the execution of the works is duly marked‐up on the relevant drawings, in order to allow the issue of As Built documentation
- Provide the works supervisor with data on quantities produced and/or installed for updating Progress Reports and quantities accounting
- Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material used
- Implement the permit‑to‑work system
- Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations
- Ensure housekeeping of the work location
Experience:
10 years of experience as a Piping Supervisor within the oil and gas industry
Languages:
English language skills required (and any other specified by Project)
