Job Description
Memastikan implementasi Sortation Center/First Mile/Last Mile sesuai dengan ketentuan dan standar yang berlaku.
Memastikan proses transfer knowledge berjalan dengan baik dan terukur.
Memastikan seluruh proses end-to-end operasional di Sortation Center (SOC) sesuai dengan regulasi perusahaan.
Memastikan seluruh Leader dan Team Member memahami seluruh proses kerja.
Requirements- Lulusan D3/S1 dari semua jurusan
- Minimal 1-2 tahun pengalaman di perusahaan ekspedisi/logistik dalam mengelola project dan implementasi di seluruh Indonesia
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
- Memahami proses dan sistem operasional end-to-end
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas
- Mampu mengoperasikan AutoCAD
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Kubu Raya, Pontianak
