Logistic Admin

PT Duta Abadi Primantara is looking for a Logistic Admin Staff to join our team (Pontianak).

Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major graduate or equivalent

Have minimum 1-2 years of experiences in Logistic administration

Detail-oriented, discipline, and responsible

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Receive Finished Goods from the production area, ensuring the quantity and physical condition of the goods are in accordance with the relevant documentation.

Conduct routine physical inspections of warehouse inventory to ensure stock accuracy and minimize the risk of product damage or loss.

Manage the release of goods from the warehouse to distribution fleets according to the delivery schedule, ensuring all required shipping documents are complete and the physical goods match the administrative records.

Monitor the delivery process until the goods reach customers/outlets and promptly coordinate the resolution of any issues encountered in the field to ensure goods are delivered in good condition and on time.

Record and regularly report inventory and distribution data to management for evaluation purposes, while coordinating with relevant internal and external parties to ensure all logistics processes are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned work unit to enhance productivity and process efficiency.

Be responsible for and actively participate in the implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5R, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), and Internal/External Audit systems and activities.
