Kandidat ideal memiliki pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK/D3/S1 dan pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai QC. Fresh graduate juga dipersilakan melamar dan harus memiliki kemampuan komputer yang baik termasuk Microsoft Excel dan Word.
