Regional Retail Manager

Manage daily operations of Xiaomi Stores & Authorized Stores in Indonesia; develop sales plans to hit targets and boost regional market share.

Oversee store operation standards, organize regional marketing activities, and enhance local brand image.

Lead the regional team, conduct talent training, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Collaborate with the national new retail platform and maintain good relations with local partners to drive business growth.

Participate in regional store planning & expansion, coordinate new store construction to meet layout goals.

8+ years retail experience, 5+ years regional management experience; consumer electronics background preferred.

Familiar with international retail models, with proven regional business success cases.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

English as working language;
Bahasa Indonesia proficiency a plus.

Strong project management skills to drive task execution efficiently.

Preferred: candidates with regional retail experience in benchmark brands (Huawei, Apple) or chain retail enterprises.
