- Membantu Manager Operations dalam mengelola dan mengawasi operasional Cash In Transit (CIT) secara harian.
- Memastikan seluruh kegiatan pengangkutan dan pengamanan uang berjalan sesuai SOP, SLA, dan standar keamanan.
- Mengawasi penjadwalan armada, personel (crew CIT), dan rute pengiriman.
- Mengontrol kesiapan kendaraan, peralatan keamanan, serta kelengkapan administrasi operasional.
- Menangani dan menginvestigasi insiden operasional serta melakukan pelaporan dan tindak lanjut.
- Berkoordinasi dengan unit terkait (CPC, ATM, Finance, Security, Client Service).
- Memantau kinerja tim, kedisiplinan, serta kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perusahaan.
- Menyusun dan mereview laporan operasional harian dan periodik.
