As a Delivery Supervisor
, where you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery execution, exceptional customer service, and efficient transportation operations. You will collaborate closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, transporters, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and in full. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance.

Ensure on-time, in-full deliveries while delivering excellent customer service

Oversee daily transportation execution to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Partner with 3PL teams to maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and warehouse compliance.

Drive efficient delivery planning and transportation utilization to support business demand.

Manage 3PL partnerships to achieve operational excellence and service performance targets.

Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve logistics performance.

Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across logistics operations.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and transportation vendors is an advantage.

Skills & Capabilities
