To provide a high level of customer service for the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES- Respond to customer requests to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Work with Production, Planning & Control (PP&C), Traffic, Sales, and Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers to coordinate priorities and meet or exceed customer expectations
- Process Pick Tickets
- Print, sort and file Bill of Ladings (BOLs)
- Assist in re-routing, expediting, and canceling customer orders
- Assist in Cycle-Counting inventory and Ship Confirmation in the warehouse when necessary
- Maintain Back Order & Supply Eligible Reports
- Assist in managing Distribution Center Control Board for orders
- Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management
- Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
- Must be a friendly team player, professional, detail-oriented, and honest
- Must have the ability to:

- A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred
- Lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. preferred
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE- At least 1 year of shipping experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment preferred
- At least 1 year of experience using RF scanners preferred
- Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
