365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional tractor-trailer routes east of I-35. Drivers receive up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training with a dedicated mentor, and CDL school tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
Assigned trucks, no-slip conditions, and home every week with a 48-hour reset. Pay starts at $0.55 per mile with detention pay of $20 per hour after 2 hours, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 3 months.
