The Vale Resort is an award-winning, four-star hotel featuring 143 bedrooms, five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. The resort also offers state-of-the-art sporting facilities and hosts top international and club teams. Recently, Hensol Castle was transformed into a luxury wedding and events venue, with 20 new luxury bedrooms, an award-winning distillery, gin school, and visitor attraction.

As part of our spa team, which includes 19 treatment rooms and 5 relaxation rooms, you will deliver treatments and provide excellent service to guests and members.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming clients and creating personalized services
• Delivering treatments to a four-star standard
• Answering client inquiries about treatments and products, with upselling where appropriate
• Assisting with clients’ lunches and food & beverage orders

• Must hold a Level 3 beauty therapy qualification or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented attitude
