Rate of Pay: Up to £12.21, dependent on age.

Contract Type: Casual

Hours of Work: 7.30am-3.30pm & 9.30am–2.30pm, including weekend shifts.

The Vale Resort is an award‑winning four‑star hotel with 143 bedrooms, five food outlets, two championship golf courses, and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. Recent expansion includes Hensol Castle, transformed into a luxury wedding and events venue, with 20 luxury bedrooms and an award‑winning distillery and gin school.

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard within the required time frame.
• Handle guests’ belongings carefully and record lost property.
• Follow security protocols and key procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Committed to working as part of a team.
