What Are We Looking For?

Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us on a permanent basis in Pontyclun. Working alongside the Project Management team, this role will support the successful delivery of projects from handover through to completion. The Assistant Project Manager will help coordinate technical, commercial and operational activities, maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed programme, quality and budget requirements.

Some of Your Key

Duties Include:

• Assist with project planning to achieve optimum WES and agreed client installation & delivery dates.
• Support the review and coordination of project design information, equipment schedules, P&'s, layouts, calculations, etc, ensuring information is appropriate and suitable to achieve project performance requirements.
• Assist with project cost & budget monitoring, helping to identify opportunities to achieve or improve upon agreed project margins.
