Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Llantrisant Permanent  Nights, Sunday to Thursday £50,000

A well-established food manufacturer in Llantrisant is looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its night shift engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment, fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting continuous improvement activities to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.

• Planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures.
• Working closely with production to maximise equipment uptime.

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally food or FMCG.
• Multi skilled with both electrical and mechanical experience.
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively on a permanent night shift.
