Operations Administrator – Temporary Roles (4 Positions Available)

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Hours:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (9:00am–5:00pm initially)

Contract:

Temporary – minimum 3 months, with strong potential to extend or go permanent

The Role We are recruiting four Operations Administrators to join a values-led, people-focused organisation delivering specialist support services across the UK. The organisation has a strong social purpose and links to charitable initiatives.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive operations team and contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team

Manage data, systems, and documentation accurately

Handle internal queries efficiently and professionally

Support processes to ensure effective service delivery

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation

Working Pattern The role will be office-based initially to support onboarding and training. Once settled, the role will move to a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days remote.

About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office

Reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and team-focused approach

Previous administrative or operations experience is desirable
