Primary Care Support Officer
This is an opportunity to join the Business Support team within NWSSP
- Primary Care Services, a team who provide support to both primary care contractors across Wales and internal staff.
This post holder will be one of a team of seven Administrative Support Officers providing administration support to senior managers within NWSSP
- Primary Care Services (PCS), and must have a excellent communication skills, organisation skills and confidentiality at all times.
Candidates for this post will be expected to have a good standard of education along with excellent keyboard skills and have a sound knowledge of word processing, spread sheets, office and filing systems. The role is varied with the post holder possessing the ability to prioritise their workload whilst working on their own initiative. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable in order to meet the needs of an ever-changing environment, and work well within a small team.

Person Specification Qualifications and/or Knowledge- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Mathematics and English OR NVQ 3 or equivalent in a relevant subjec
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including excel, word and outlook
- Knowledge of NWSSP - PCS and its stakeholders
- Experience of working in an administrative role/ office environment
- Experience with in NHS Primary Care environment
- Proven experience of minute taking
- Ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues/clients
- Methodical approach
