· Share options Grading was an opinion. We made it a measurement. Now we need someone to make the whole hobby watch. The short version We're a Grader. Pokémon first, One Piece you name it, the rest of the hobby after that. It is the most watchable thing that has ever happened to card grading — and right now, almost nobody is watching.
That's the job. You'll build our audience from the very first post, run every channel, film inside the our setup, and turn "grading day" from months of dead air into the best content in the hobby. If you've ever paused a break video at 1am to argue about centering in the comments, keep reading. Who we are Apex Evolution Labs is a Nevari company, built by people who spent a decade running trust systems at Global Enterprises.
We got tired of grades being an opinion with a sticker on it, so we built a state of the art facility. We're launching in the UK now, with international locations opening over the coming months. You'd be joining at the exact point where the story starts. The Gig You'll be the voice, the lens and the loudspeaker for AEL.
Content isn't a department here; it's the front door. Film in the Setup. The reveal, the measurement happening in real time, the seal, the tap. The reveal is the genre and the grade is the cliffhanger. You'll be the person holding the camera when a card comes off the instruments Run the channels. Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube (Shorts and long-form), X, Reddit, Discord.
Daily. You set the calendar, you ship it. Own the voice. Hype when it's earned, precise always. Captions, scripts, threads, newsletters, product pages, campaign copy. You'll write most of what the hobby reads from us. Build the community. Comments, DMs, the Discord, the subreddit. Collector Q&As. "Show your working" content that explains why a card got the score it got.
Recruit creators. Run our creator programme:
You Tubers, breakers, collecting channels. Reveal collabs, tours on camera, referral drops. You'll know who's worth working with because you already watch them. Make the launch moments land. Founders' 5,000. The first S. Population counters ticking over. New TCGs. New countries. Be at the shows. Card shows, meets, trade weekends, camera in hand, screening station humming, content going out before you've left the venue.
Measure it. Reach, engagement, followers, and the number that matters most: cards submitted because of something you made. You'll own the dashboard behind your own bonus. You You've built an audience before, or you've been the person doing it for someone else. Proof over promises — bring links. You can shoot, edit and post from a phone in an afternoon, and you're as comfortable in front of the camera as behind it.
You live in the hobby. Alt arts, SIRs, chase cards, Japanese versus English print runs, set drops, the grading discourse. You have opinions about centering. Editing chops (Cap Cut, Premiere or DaVinci) and an eye for what stops a thumb mid-scroll. Copywriting range: a three-word caption or a 600-word newsletter, same voice. Community instincts. You can hold a spicy comment section with grace, and you know when not to reply.
Judgement. We don't trash competitors, we out-measure them, and every claim we make is one we can prove. You'll be the guardian of that on every channel. Organized enough to run a daily calendar solo, hungry enough to do it at a company that's just getting started. Bonus points Macro photography or product lighting Motion graphics (After Effects or similar) You've run a Discord server or moderated a large community Japanese-language sets, One Piece TCG, or other TCG depth Shopify, Klaviyo or email marketing The package Base salary: up to £30,000, depending on experience Bonus: up to 25% of base, paid annually against targets — audience growth, engagement, and cards submitted through content — plus company milestones OTE: £37,500 Share options:
