Are you passionate about helping people and keen to start a career in customer service? We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Apprentice Customer Support Adviser to join our team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors
, providing frontline support across our Customer Care Centres and main switchboard. You’ll help customers with enquiries, process payments, and ensure everyone receives a positive, professional service.
- Welcome customers and visitors, providing information and guidance
- Handle face‑to‑face and telephone enquiries, including operating the main switchboard
- Support customers to log enquiries and access services
- Process payments in line with financial procedures
- Book appointments and signpost customers to the right services
- Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area
- A positive, approachable attitude and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good attention to detail, especially when handling payments
- Ability to work flexibly across different locations
