Vision for Education - Cardiff is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges. You will support pupils one-on-one and in small groups, building strong relationships to de-escalate situations and promote a positive learning environment.
The role requires an empathetic, patient individual with experience or a willingness to learn. Training such as Team Teach is beneficial, but not essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a rewarding long-term career in education.
