New Directions Education is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our supply team as Trainee Teaching Assistants, working in a variety of primary and secondary schools across Flintshire.
This role supports teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assisting pupils one-to-one or in small groups, and helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment. Full training and DBS checks provided.
