Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work across Secondary schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), starting in September. This is an excellent opportunity for an HLTA looking for a full-time or long-term role, supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4.
This role would suit an HLTA with experience supporting pupils with ALN/SEN and/or challenging behaviour, who is confident working in a fast-paced Secondary school environment.
